The Co-op Student Trainee is responsible for supporting that HSBC’s operations in ASP are effective in identifying, managing and mitigating Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime.
1. To assist in the discharge the accountabilities set out in the Risk & Compliance Officer Handbook by pro-actively assisting management in identifying and containing compliance risk; monitoring, reporting and certification; fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
2. To provide risk & compliance and administrative support for ASP Risk & Compliance.
1. Good interpersonal skills and numerical sense.
2. Pleasant manner and fluent in spoken English and Chinese, strong competency in written English.
3.Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines and multi-tasking environment.
5. Good attention to detail and the ability to priorities and work under a tight schedule and pressure.
6. Strong organizing and coordination skills.
PS: Students graduated in 2025 or 2026, could work 3 days or 24 hours a week, internship period could be long lasting over six months.
