美国NIH/NCI癌症研究中心(CCR)2024年招聘博士后职位(免疫疗法)
Postdoctoral Fellowship in Immunotherapy
Center for Cancer Research
Job Description
The Oncogenomics section of the Genetics Branch is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary translational research programmatic effort with the goal of utilizing high-dimensional data, including genomics, to develop novel immune therapies for pediatric cancers.
Our group is applying high throughput genomics methods, including single-cell RNAseq, single-cell TCR sequencing, DNA sequencing, CRISPR/Cas9, and bioinformatics combined with T-cell-based therapeutics to identify and develop novel immunotherapeutic for human cancers. We work with other investigators within the intramural program, academic, industrial and pharmaceutical partners to rapidly translate our findings to the clinic.
The program takes advantage of the uniqueness of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR) intramural program in which it spans basic discovery research in immunology, genomics, and tumor biology through preclinical translational research, to paradigm-shifting clinical trials.
We seek postdoctoral fellows with experience or knowledge in immunogenomics, epigenetics, immunotherapy, and immunology. Experience in cell-based therapeutics is preferred. The Postdoc will develop and optimize novel or existing T cell receptor (TCR) or chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies against cancers using sophisticated immunogenomic, single cell, spatial transcriptomics, or proteomic approaches. Candidates must have a PhD or MD degree, or equivalent, in immunology, molecular/cell biology, or genetics.
The positions are available immediately.
